Our Interior Design Process – Step by Step
Price quote
The project price is prepared based on the area to be designed (m²). We’ll be happy to send you a non-binding quote once you fill out the form.

Site visit and measurement
After approving the price quote and signing the binding order and contract, a 50% deposit is required. Before starting the design process, we will visit and measure the space. In the case of new constructions where a site visit isn't possible, we work with the
architectural documentation. However, in such cases, a final dimension check and
precise measurement are required before the actual interior implementation.

Introductory meeting
After the site visit and measurement, we schedule a personal meeting where we discuss your requirements for functional, material, and color solutions. These are essential starting points for the design process and ensure a smooth collaboration and a satisfying final result.

Dispostyle
A functional and material concept presented through a 3D preview. This includes the layout of the main interior elements.

Dispostyle revisions
Based on the Dispostyle presentation and our consultation, we incorporate the required adjustments and present the updated proposal.

Design phase
Once the Dispostyle is approved, we develop all the requirements into a 3D design. This is presented using a 360° view and optionally with photorealistic visualizations. The presentation shows a complete interior concept — including functional and material solutions, furniture layout, custom furniture design, and lighting — all in a 3D space. We present the design in a personal or online meeting, where we walk you through the
solutions and discuss everything. You’ll also see material samples (custom furniture, tiles, flooring, etc.).

Design revisions
After the design presentation and feedback, we make the requested adjustments and present the revised version.

Implementation drawings
Once the design is approved, we issue an invoice for the remaining 50% of the agreed service fee and begin working on the technical documentation needed for price quotes and implementation.

Final details
The design is nearly complete. If needed, we fine-tune and consult any final details.

Project handover
After all work is finalized, we deliver the complete design package to you.
